By accessing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the DiTrade application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Application.

DiTrade provides market analysis signals, technical indicators, and trading analytics for informational and educational purposes only. All signals are strictly for informational purposes and do not constitute financial advice. The Company is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment adviser.

Past performance of signals is not indicative of future results. The Company makes no representations or guarantees that the content is accurate, complete, or current. Trading decisions made based on the Application's signals are made entirely at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Application. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

DiTrade does not access, connect to, or control your PocketOption trading account, and never executes, places, or manages trades on your behalf. All trades are placed by you, manually, directly on the PocketOption platform. Any results, profit, or loss figures shown in the Application are illustrative estimates of how a signal performed (based on price movement of the currency pair) and do not reflect your actual account balance or the outcome of any real trade you may have placed.

DiTrade participates in the PocketOption affiliate/partner program. When you register or trade on PocketOption through links provided in the Application, the Company may receive a commission from PocketOption at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the signals provided, and you are under no obligation to use these links.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from your use and access of the Application or your violation of any term of these Terms.

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or included software.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application or any features without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration.

DiTrade is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

We collect: email address, encrypted session credentials, usage data, device information, Telegram user ID if accessed via Mini App, and timestamps of trade signals viewed.

We use information to provide and maintain our services, process transactions, monitor usage, detect fraudulent activities, and personalize the Application experience.

All sensitive data including session tokens are encrypted using AES-256 standard. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session tokens are automatically refreshed every 24 hours.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
